The performer blows up a transparent balloon, then takes a huge sharp needle and proceeds to stick it right through the balloon. Surprisingly the nasty looking needle, penetrates the balloon from side to side without making it pop. To finish the balloon is thrown in the air and with only a slight touch of the needle, it immediately explodes!
