The deck consists of the following cards:

5 cards double red back / red
10 cards white face - blue back
10 cards white face - red back
5 cards back double red / blue
6 double-sided cards
5 white cards both sides
6 white cards back - make regular

This deck of "gaff" cards being made up of other cards taken from other gaff decks is not with celophan
