The magician shows three pieces of rope and, one at a time, ties them so as to form three separate rings of rope. Now the magic begins because he links together two of the rings… then he magically links the third one so as to form a chain of 3 rings. One ring is un-linked and placed on the table, while the other two magically change into just one big ring.  Then the third ring then magically blends to this and now a huge ring with three knots is seen.

Finally one of the knots  is untied and a long rope with two knots is shown. The magician blows on the knots making them fall to the ground and then shows just one long rope!
